WHAT IS EXERCISE WITH OXYGEN?

Exercise with oxygen is a way to enhance the benefits of oxygen therapy. While your body is moving, the oxygen travels throughout the body to your tissues. This is 10 times more effective than a hyperbaric chamber because you are penetrating every cell in your body with oxygen.

WHAT DOES EXERCISE WITH OXYGEN DO?

It increases energy, improves tissue healing, reduces inflammation, and detoxifies the body. More oxygen is carried to the muscles via red blood cells. The oxygen in your body is used to break down glucose, creating fuel for your muscles. Your breathing and heart rate increases, pulling more oxygen into the bloodstream.

WHAT DOES AN EXERCISE WITH OXYGEN TREATMENT LOOK LIKE?

We start your treatment off with a 10 minute meditation on our pulsed electromagnetic field mat. This improves your oxygen carrying capacity so you get the most out of your treatment. We then set up a 15 minute low impact peloton ride ride. We have an oxygen pump that creates 97% pure oxygen and we will hook this up to your own personal oxygen mask.
